Before deciding to purchase anything please read my Terms & Policies below.
All prices are quoted in euros due to the unpredictable movements of the dollar, I accept payment in US dollars as well according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. Below is a currency converter where you can convert euros into any currency.

If you are in the US you can deposit money directly into my Citibank account from any branch. You can also send a bank cheque or money order to my aunt in California to have it deposited and it will take a week to clear. Please email for the address. I also have an account with Citibank here in Prague to which I can accept transfers, in euros and in dollars. Email me for bank details.
I can also accept an International Postal Money Order, (IMPO) from the post office to my address, this is cheap and usually takes no more than a few days.
I can accept American express cheques and Western Union money transfer as well but I have to charge a service charge as they give me a bad exchange rate. I don't accept cash anymore, reasons are in my Terms and Policies. I do not accept Paypal. Click Here to know why.
Please make sure you send the full payment as specified in my email, including postage, I cannot send out the items unless the full amount arrives. Five days examination, but customer must pay postage on returns, and item must be in the condition it was sent. Please read below for more details on this.
I cannot put anything on hold for more than 7 days, unless you're one of my very good customers. In the past I have had people reserve things for weeks or even months while there were other people who were prepared to send money for the items right away. If you wish to reserve something, please be sure you want it, and are able to pay for it in the near future.
TERMS & POLICIES
Please read these policies if you decide to buy anything from me in order to get things absolutely clear to avoid future problems.
1. Examination Period: There is a 5 day examination period. If you are not satisfied with your item after 5 days send it back, and when I receive it I will send the refund. I am now charging a 10% restocking fee as this is how it works in most businesses. Item must be in the same condition as it was received, ie not with different insignia/shoulder boards/chinstrap etc.
Five days does not mean a month or a year, as some people in the past have translated. A lot of my items are on consignment from various collectors, after 5 days the consignee receives the money for the item. If you purchase the item and cannot unload it at your local antique store or gunshow quickly this doesn't mean you can exchange the item after the 5 days is up for an item of equal value or receive a refund.
2. Lost Items: All packages are insured in case of theft or loss. It takes the postal service here 2 to 3 months to investigate a lost item. The refund will not be paid until the postal service is satisfied and pays the refund. There were 2 cases when an item was overdue and I paid the money back before I received the refund. Three months later I was notified that the item had been signed for and received. In both cases the packages were sent to work addresses. If you want to have a package sent to your work please be absolutely certain you trust any person who might be there to sign for it when you're not there, I can't be responsible for this type of mishap.
3. Sending Money: Please follow directions that are given on transferring funds. There are some people who despite warnings from practically everyone like to send cash. This pertains particularly to US$, in case you didn't know, US currency is specially designed by the government to be detected by airports and post offices, this means that, when you walk through an airport, they will know how many $$$ you have on your body/bags at any given time, and it's also detectable in the mail.
4. Postage: I try most of the time to send out items immediately, but it isn't always possible. I travel around Europe a lot, buying, selling, re-enacting and I also have another job. When I'm busy or out of the country I will send your package as soon as I can.
There has been a problem with people lifting my photos and descriptions and offering my items for sale on Ebay and elsewhere. If you happen to see any of my items anywhere else other than this site it is not genuine, and is not authorized by Thüringen Militaria.
